interviews

http://sprg.ssl.berkeley.edu/impact/multimedia.html

this is so helpful. the lady talking about why its cool is v's aunt!!!

hey people

hey sorry this whole thing is confusing since we can only post comments, not new posts. i hate blogs, im glad weve been doing email, but kennedy cant see that so i guess we have to use this. i found a lot of sweet videos that i sent you all in that email; the last slide isn't for my topic neccessarily (which btw is what stereo has found thus far) but i thought it would be helpful. it shows what a cme is, which im pretty sure none of the class has heard of. there's no audio but we can just talk. YAY!

Meeting?

I think we need to have a meeting sometime soon. I'm not really sure how often you guys check this blog thing, but I think we should meet at somepoint (possibly tommorrow- thursday?) to discuss plans for our group presentation.

some good sources

http://space.about.com/cs/astronomerbios/a/edmundhalley.htm
-this article is funny because it has a version for k-4, 5-8, 9-12, and then full. (i like the k-4)

http://www.seds.org/messier/xtra/Bios/halley.html
-this site is okay, the links on seem better though

theres also a book in the library called "Halley's quest : a selfless genius and his troubled Paramore" by Julie Wakefi. its like 300 pages, i dont know how good it is but it seems pretty legit.

(i like his hair)
